ArbiSmart Review – The Company

ArbiSmart doesn’t have any information on who runs or owns the company, but I do know that the domain “arbismart.com” was first registered back in July of 2018.

It was later updated June 2019 and lists “ArbiSmart OU” was the owner.

There is no other information on the background of this company…

Now on their website they claim to be EU regulated:

This website is operated by ArbiSmart OÜ, a company regulated by the Financial Intelligence Unit (“FIU”) in Estonia and licensed to provide services of exchanging a virtual currency against a FIAT currency (license number: FVR000773) as well as a virtual currency wallet service (license number: FRK000674), with registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 158/2, 11317, Estonia, and operational addresses Tornimäe 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.

However, when you try to join from the USA, look at what they say…

So you can’t be a US citizen…

But I thought the company was regulated?

Also, you are allowed as a Canadian to join, but they have VERY similar laws to the USA (I am Canadian).

I guess ArbiSmart doesn’t know about that…

I have to admit that the website is very well done, but again we don’t know the management team or staff behind the scenes…

ArbiSmart Reviews – The Products

ArbiSmart doesn’t have any retail products or services which just means you can’t sell anything to customers directly.

You can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

The problem with this is the fact it automatically make the company a pyramid scheme.[1]

All legit MLM’s have are retail offerings and incentives…[1]

Legit Opportunity reviews:

ArbiSmart Compensation Plan

ArbiSmart has members invest €300 EUR or more on a promise they will get a ROI.

Now apparently they are regulated in the EU, but the fact they are offering this outside of the EU could be a problem…

Canada for example has their own SEC equivalent for securities called the CSA…[2]

Even though they said US citizens are not allowed to participate, other countries have VERY similar laws.

Anyway, below is the breakdown on the returns you can get depending on how much you invested:

  • Beginner Level 1 – Invest 300 to 500 EUR and receive 0.012 to 0.014 EUR a day plus 0.048 to 0.056 in RBIS tokens a day
  • Beginner Level 2 – Invest €501 to €1000 EUR and receive €0.013 to €0.015 EUR plus 0.052 to 0.06 RBIS tokens a day
  • Beginner Level 3 – Invest €1001 to €2500 EUR and receive €0.014 to 0.016 EUR plus 0.056 to 0.064 RBIS tokens a day
  • Advanced Level 1 – Invest €2501 to 5000 EUR and receive €0.02 to €0.024 EUR plus 0.08 to 0.096 RBIS tokens a day
  • Advanced Level 2 – Invest €5001 to 14,999 EUR and receive €0.024 to €0.028 EUR plus 0.096 to 0.112 RBIS tokens a day
  • Advanced Level 3 – Invest €15,001 to €30,000 EUR and receive €0.027 to €0.03 EUR plus 0.108 to 0.12 RBIS tokens a day
  • Expert Level 1 – Invest €30,001 to 50,000 EUR and receive €0.3 to €0.032 EUR plus 0.12 to 0.128 RBIS tokens a day
  • Expert Level 2 – Invest €50,001 to 100,000 EUR and receive €0.032 to €0.034 EUR plus 0.128 to 0.136 RBIS tokens a day
  • Expert Level 3 – Invest €100,001 to €250,000 EUR and receive €0.034 to €0.039 EUR plus 0.136 to 0.156 RBIS tokens a day
  • Elite Level 1 – Invest €250,001 to €500,000 EUR and receive €0.04 to €0.042 EUR plus 0.16 to 0.168 RBIS tokens a day
  • Elite Level 2 – Invest €500,001 to €1,000,000 EUR and receive €0.043 to €0.046 EUR plus 0.172 to 0.184 RBIS tokens a day
  • Elite Level 3 – Invest €1,000,001 to €2,500,000 EUR and receive €0.046 to €0.075 EUR plus 0.184 to 0.2 RBIS tokens a day

There are VIP plans you can invest into as well but there are no details on them.

RBIS tokens are placed in their “Savings account” and can’t be withdrawn.

Referral Commission Payout

ArbiSmart pays their commissions through a unilevel compensation plan.

They cap their unilevel five levels deep.

Now their level 1 you can earn 5% which is your personally sponsored members, but they don’t give any details on level 2 to 5.

You can also earn a 25% back office balance bonus when you reinvest your returns instead of taking them out.

Final Verdict

So does the ArbiSmart scam exist?

Well…

Let’s take a deeper look for a second.

The company claims to be EU regulated…

However this is referring to their shell company incorporation in Estonia which they obtained local virtual currency exchange and virtual currency wallet licenses.

That’s actually awesome if ArbiSmart only did that…

However, they are doing a lot more…

ArbiSmart is pretty much offering a passive investment opportunity…

Heck, it’s right in their marketing material:

ArbiSmart’s powerful, automated system is able to monitor multiple exchanges simultaneously, 24 hours a day, to find the best prices for buying and selling your chosen cryptocurrencies, risk is dramatically reduced.

There is no emotion involved in automated investing and the system can execute a huge volume of trades at once, so no opportunities are lost.

When you offer a passive investment opportunity it means they are offering securities.

ArbiSmart is NOT registered to offer this in Estonia or anywhere else on the planet.

Ahhh crap, see how they got you?

Now let’s look at what you are investing in…

RBIS and ERC-20 Tokens?

These are completely useless outside of the company and can make up the value through their internal exchange.

Because they are not registered to offer any securities, they are committing securities fraud. [3]

Also we have no proof of this external income creating these generous ROI’s so this just makes this company another Ponzi scheme as well. [4]

It’s crazy what companies would do these days just to make themselves look legit…

EU regulated?

Yeah sure…

Anyway, I do not recommend this company in my humble opinion, but end of the day you can do as you wish…
