Nspire Network Review – The Company

Nspire Network Review

I couldn’t find any information on the company website in regards to who owns or operates Nspire Network.

I did find that the Nspire Network website listed Spencer Iverson as Founder and President of the company, although this is no longer on the site.

I’m not too sure why this information was removed from the site.

According to Iverson’s Nspire Network corporate bio:

Iverson has built organizations of hundreds of thousands and has helped inspire millions around the world to live the lives of their dreams.

Iverson’s leadership and marketing concepts have helped companies grow their distributor and customer bases by more than 300% and increase monthly gross revenue by more than $5,000,000 – often within a matter of weeks.

Iverson has earned millions of dollars from building traditional businesses and in the industry of network marketing.

Iverson’s most recent position before NSpire was as an executive and affiliate in Paycation.

However, on the 21st of December, 2016, Iverson posted the following on Facebook;

This post is meant to quell some rumors floating around. I have not “resigned” from Paycation Travel. I was not “terminated” from Paycation.

I was recently blessed and honored to be asked to serve as the President and co-owner of a new health and wellness company with some phenomenal products. But, to accept this new position, I had to step down as both VP of Business Development and as a National Diamond in Paycation… that’s NORMAL in this industry.

I am still supporting my current team and my desire is that each of my members STAYS with Paycation and enjoy the travel business, JUST LIKE I’M DOING.

Paycation is a company that combines retail travel services commissions with affiliate recruitment.

Iverson has been in the network marketing training game for many years.

In fact, he co-founded a company called the Millionaire Lifestyle Institute in 2008 with Ephren Taylor and Floyd Williams.

MLI is a unique and comprehensive success and wealth training program created around a holistic approach to provide progressive individuals and organizations the right tools, environment, associations and information for maximum achievement.

As of 2011, Millionaire Lifestyle Institute is now known as Worthy of Millions Institute.

Iverson began promoting Organo Gold, a coffee MLM company in 2014, but left for Paycation in early 2015.

A Google Maps link on the Nspire Network website indicates the company is based out of Georgia.

A little more research revealed that Nspire Network is listed as a subsidiary of Breakroad35 International.

A gentleman by the name of JJ Javier founded BreakRoad35 and he also serves as the CEO of Nspire Network.

Breakroad35 is a company that markets coffee, supplements and a skin whitening bar in the Philippines.

Online traffic to the BreakRoad35 website is wavering, which is likely why Nspire was launched.

Cost of Nspire Network products

Nspire Network markets a variety of nutritional supplements and negative ion feminine hygiene pads, including:

The Nspire Network Compensation Plan

There isn’t a complete copy of the Nspire Network compensation plan available yet, as there is only pre-launch information available, however I did find enough to put together a summary of what it will look like.

Nspire Network Affiliate Ranks

So far, there are 4 affiliate ranks:

  • Star – 500 GV a month
  • Diamond – no qualification criteria provided
  • Ambassador  – 50,000 GV a month
  • Legend – 3,000,000 GV a month

GV (Group Volume) is sales volume that is generated by an affiliate’s downline.

There is a noticeable gap between Ambassador and Legend, which likely means that there will be other ranks added in between those two.

Commission Qualification

For an affiliate to qualify for commissions, they must generate 25 to 100 PV a month, which is based on their affiliate rank.

It should be noted that 25 PV equals about $28 in product.

PV (Personal Volume) is sales volume generated by retail orders and an affiliate’s own product purchases.

Retail Commissions

Affiliates can earn a 40% commission on products that they sell to retail customers, which includes autoship orders by their preferred customers.

Recruitment Commissions

When an affiliate sponsors a new Nspire Network affiliate who purchases an affiliate package, the sponsoring affiliate earns a recruitment commission.

  • Recruiting a Builder Package affiliate ($99) pays a $25 commission
  • Recruiting a $299 Package affiliate pays a $75 commission
  • Recruiting a $499 Package affiliate pays a $125 commission

Residual Commissions (binary)

A binary compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that splits into a left and right side.

The first level of the binary team is made up of 2 positions and the second level is made by adding another 2 positions under each of the first two.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of new affiliates.

Additional binary team levels are made as they are needed, with each new level holding twice as many positions as the level above it.

There is currently no limit to the depth to which a binary team can grow.

Sales volume is tracked weekly on both sides of the binary team.

Nspire Network affiliates earn between 10% and 24% of volume generated on the weaker side of their binary team.

This percentage is decided based on the affiliate rank held.

Every day, the binary paid volume is matched and flushed from both sides, and the leftover volume is kept on the stronger binary side.

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

Unilevel residual commissions are earned on everything but the first product orders made by sponsored affiliates and retail customers.

A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate brings in new affiliates, they are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate brings in new affiliates, they are put on level 3, etc.

Unilevel commissions are earned as a 10% to 25% percentage of sales volume that is generated by a unilevel team.

Matching Bonus

There is also a Matching Bonus that is available that pays up to 40% on residual commissions paid to personally sponsored affiliates.

Global Bonus Pool

Affiliates who qualify at the Star (500 PV a month) and higher rank will also receive a share in a Global Bonus Pool.

Each affiliate rank correlates to a share in a rank-specific Global Bonus Pool.

Cost To Join Nspire Network

The cost to join Nspire Network as an affiliate is the purchase cost of one of the following packages:

  • Builder Package – $99
  • $299 Package – $299
  • Premium Package – $499

The main difference between these packages is the Nspire Network product bundles.

Nspire Network Video Review Summary

Conclusion On Nspire Network

Overall, the company looks pretty promising with pretty unique products…

Well, I mean I don’t need any pads or anything LOL.

However, there is a HUGE market there…

Best thing to do is compare the retail prices compared to the general marketplace and if it’s competitive great…

If not, then check to see if the products work better than the general marketplace to justify the costs.

The company isn’t officially launching in March of 2017 so we don’t know how the products will fair just yet…

I hope you enjoyed my Nspire network review and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments below…
