Welcome to my S Block Review!
Maybe someone has already pitched this company to you, or maybe you just came across it in your online searches…
Whatever the case may be, you are probably here to learn more about this company and whether or not it is a good investment.
In my review, I will go over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, so you can make the best decision for your investment.
So, keep reading right to the end!
S Block Review – The Company
Based out of Singapore and led by President Ivan Bolonikhin, S Block belongs to the MLM niche of cryptocurrency.
Bolonikhin’s LinkedIn profile states that he is a “digital securities expert”.
One note of interest is that while Bolonikhin’s LinkedIn profile lists his location as Singapore, a peek at his personal Facebook profile shows that he actually lives in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The only link between Bolonikhin and Singapore is his recent travel earlier this month, according to his Instagram profile.
Before becoming a digital securities expert, Bolonikhin spent time employed in the hospitality industry.
It seems that prior to launching this company, Bolonikhin had no previous experience as an MLM executive.
S Block Reviews – The Products
S Block has no retail products or services to purchase or sell.
Affiliates who join simply market the S Block affiliate membership.
The S Block Compensation Plan
In order to earn commissions in S Block, affiliates are required to invest a minimum of $300 in SBO tokens.
There is no current internal SBO token value indicated anywhere on the website.
Once the SBO tokens are obtained, affiliates park them with the company.
In return, S Block pays affiliates a daily return.
It should be noted that while the returns are listed in USD, the actual returns affiliates receive are paid in SBO tokens.
S Block Affiliate Ranks
The S Block compensation plan features 5 affiliate ranks.
Each rank has its own qualification criteria, which are the following:
- Comet – Sign up and invest at least $300 in SBO tokens
- Planet – Sponsor at least 15 S Block affiliate investors and generate total downline investment of at least $200,000
- Star – Personally sponsor at least three Planet ranked affiliates
- Galaxy – Personally sponsor at least three Star ranked affiliates
- Universe – Personally sponsor at least three Galaxy ranked affiliates
Take note that the company only keeps track of downline investment through 15 unilevel team levels.
Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.
The unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places each personally sponsored affiliate immediately underneath on level 1.
When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.
Residual commissions payouts are based on the funds invested by S Block affiliates who are within the unilevel team.
Residual commissions are capped by the company at 15 unilevel team levels.
The amount that an S Block affiliate earns across these 15 levels depends upon rank:
- Planets earn a 5% residual commission rate
- Stars earn a 10% residual commission rate
- Galaxys earn a 15% residual commission rate
- Universes earn a 20% residual commission rate
A Matching Bonus is paid on SBO token returns paid to unilevel team affiliates.
- Level 1 – 100% Matching Bonus
- Levels 2 to 10 – 10% Matching Bonus
- Levels 11 to 15 – 5% Matching Bonus
S Block computes 5% of SBO tokens returns paid out and puts it into the Global Rewards pool.
S Block affiliates who are ranked Universe get an equal share of the Global Rewards pool.
Affiliates who are ranked Planet and higher qualify for a 3% Loyalty Bonus.
This bonus is paid on downline affiliates who are the same rank as the qualifying affiliate.
Cost to Join S Block
The cost to join S Block as an affiliate is free, but to participate in the MLM portion of the business, affiliates must make a minimum investment of $300 in SBO tokens.
S Block Review Video Summary
Okay, you’ve gotten to the end and now it’s time for my final verdict…
The biggest question with companies like this is…how are they generating external income to pay affiliates?
Well, this S Block claims they are partnered with 40 global trading hedge funds and are investing and trading incoming investments…
Okay, that’s great, but where’s the proof?
Simple, there isn’t any.
S Block may try to convince the public with marketing materials showing trades, but the validity of this is questionable…
The thing is, in order to offer securities in Singapore, companies must be registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
S Block offers no evidence that they have registered for the MAS, so it’s likely that they haven’t.
So, what is really going on?
It’s likely that the company is using new investments from new affiliates to pay out existing affiliate ROI…and that is entering pyramid scheme territory…
So, my advice here is to maybe hold on to your investment for the next opportunity.
